[horde] [moment] Locale time

Hi,

I've some problem with the Block summary of kronolith. As you know, we can add
the moment meetings in the kronolith calendar. The problem is that the
integration doesn't use the locale time.

Example :
My locale time is Australia/Sydney GMT+11
The locale time of my server is France/Paris GMT+1

If I enter a meeting on monday at 4PM the meeting appears normal in moment. But
if i look into kronolith to get the meeting, It appears on tuesday 2AM.

Any any concerning this ?
