[horde] Please Help!!! 'Horde/String.php' 'Horde/Util.php'

Ok somehow I've fixed it.
But there os another preoblem.
After correct authentication I got the error page cannot be displayed
http://netlinks.cq-link.sr/horde/login.php?Horde=9621b4b97e104d0e0b1a4c4e339fb9d2&nocache=vdakeirfsow

What can be wrong again??
