[horde] Horde cookies?

Hello Jeff,
thanks for reply.
I really mean on cookie data.
For example, I want to track user when they come back on site. I need to
store some unique ID in cookie. This ID will be used in ordering process
(shopping basket/cart), so user can add more items (any time) before they do
a checkout.
