I bet that is the problem.
I'm installing Services_Weather now to see if that'll fix the problem.
Is it possible to get that (I know it's minor) documented somepleace?

What are the errors you're getting?

Is the pear Services_Weather package installed?

The new metar block requires the Services_Weather package, and the
buildMetarDB
script from that package needs to be executed to get the locations.
