[horde] cvs update broke HEAD install

Wow, a *ton* has changed since then =)  You may want to be sure to pour over
the conf.php.dist and registry.php.dist, maybe even "import" your settings into
the new ones.  Additionally, try re-running Administration->Configure for the
apps you are using.

If all else fails, try setting a Category Backend and see if it works.
Something might have changed that requires a backend.

Also remember to 'cvs checkout framework' and do a 'php install-packages.php' -
