[horde] Progress with "You must configure a Category backend to use Horde." error

I am noticing something that is troubling me - My guess is the same on
yours as it is mine...

the error message from yours...
The file /usr/horde/config/../config/conf.php should contain a 
the error message from mine...
The file /var/www/html/horde.head/config/../config/conf.php

but the /config/../config/ doesn't make sense is our framework in the
wrong location? Mine is in /horde.head/framework like /horde.head/imp,
/horde.head/turba etc.
