[horde] Installation problems

Hi all,

I am a newbie with Horde, and am trying to setup IMP to authenticate our
users against our POP3 server. I have followed the INSTALL document step by
step without changing anything but am running into problems. When you go to
http://webserver/horde/imp the login box comes up, but with the following
errors above it;

We are running Apache 2 with PHP 4.3.4 compiled with XML, MySQL, mcrypt,
gettext support.

Any advice/assistance would be appreciated.
