[horde] Horde Class Documentation

though I have no idea which version it is of. It looks like it was rebuild
sometime in November, but that dosent mean much.. There has been significant
change in the structure of the classes since then in CVS HEAD.

If you need docs for a paticular version, get one of the doc builders, 
phpDocumentor, doxogyn....
