[horde] Customizing the standard header in horde

Hi,

I have been trying to add a custom header to my horde installation, but I am 
really struggeling and was wonderng if anyone has a tip for me. I have looked 
through the horde web site FAQ, any documentation I could find, but the only 
customization tips I found were around changing the styles, e.g. colors and 
fonts.

I looked at templates/common-header.inc and templates/common-footer.inc, 
thinking I could just my header and footer there. Apparently it's not as simply 
as that. When I add a line like <img src="logo.png" /> anywhere in common-
header.inc then it does display the logo on the top of the page just like I 
want it - but also once more at the bottom of the page. The menu on the bottom 
gets chopped off. 

Does anyone know where I would have to insert header and footer info ?

Other than that I would like to say that the Horde framework is an amazing and 
very impressive piece of work. Big thanks to the guys who put so much time and 
effort in this project !
