[horde] cyrsql authentication in HEAD broken?

The cyrsql driver had it's constructor incorrectly commented out, which I fixed
a few days ago.  But, since now the class constructor was being called instead
of the parent constructor, the params array was not being correctly saved in
the class.  I have fixed this problem in CVS.
