Don't know, but start by looking at horde/imp/scripts/custom_login.php
and then either search the list archives for info on how to use it,
or ask the list for specific help on it.

I don't think you need to modify the source, only to create a login
page that follows what is done in horde/imp/scripts/custom_login.php

Of course you *could* modify the source, but I don't think anyone will
want to help you with that route.
