[horde] Horde in a virtual host environment

hi All

I have a server with some virtual servers running on them 

What like to do is install a instance of horde centrally  and embed it the
virtual servers ( PHP and Pear Etc is installed this way)

and you just use an alias to link/install the files

The problem in installing horde in this way is that the instance would be
read only and shared by all the virtual servers

I there away to have ALL the config files else where 

i.e.:
www/horde/imp/ ( this would be read only)

www/horde_config/imp/config
