[horde] change phases

You need to decide if you want all occurances of "Horde" changed to "EagleMail"
or just the one on the welcome page.

If you want to change all occurances, you can simply change the "name"
attribute of the horde stanza in horde/config/registry.php.  Otherwise
you will need to create a new locale file, and edit any desired locales.

In this case, it may be easier to do the change to registry.php instead.

You'd have to be more specific as to what point you are at, and why the
info in the FAQ about doing this didn't get you there.
