[horde] options->remote servers

There seems to be a "type-o" for the URL for "Remote Servers" as when I click on
"Remote Servers" from th "Options" menu, I get this:

The requested URL /horde/services/services/portal/rpcsum.php was not found on
this server.

Notice the "/services/services". It appears it was added twice...
