It's a 'notice' not an error.
What's the code in line 34? If it's: "if ($params['status'] == 'active') {", then try to look for lines "'status' => 'active' or 'status' => 'inactive'" in config/registry.php. I remembered some application didn't say 'status'. You need to change it to status.
Also you can configure Horde to only give ERROR so Notice like this will not show.
