[horde] primary keys in turba_objects

Hi to all.

I've just replaced postgres with mySQL as sql server for horde for speed
issues (I've got 150 users, and all of them are maniacs for e-mail...)

Everything is working well except Turba: quite every "unique" ID that turba
generates for records already exists in table "turba_objects"
