[horde] 2 questions about addressbook

Hi. 

I'm using IMP 3.2.3 and Turba 1.2.1.

1) Is it possible change the sort order of the addressbook ?
I'm import a pine addressbook to a MySql addressbook. This is a gobal
addressbook and I need not sort at all, since I have the addresses order by
department.
Is there any configuration change or a simple code modification possible?

2) Using the address book during compose message is it possible display the
name and the email at the same time?
As far I can see I can select one or the other but not both.

Any help or advice will be very useful
