[horde] Connection to IMSP host failed message

After a CVS update a few days ago, I've been getting two messages stating
"Connection to IMSP host failed" at the top of my screen. The messages almost
appear random; usually (but not always) I get them at the top of the portal
page when it refreshes, but a minute ago I got them when I went into klutz.

I've been through the configurations and options for horde, imp, and turba and
don't appear to have IMSP set up anywhere. There is an entry in turba's
sources.php file, but I don't seem to have configured it to be used anywhere.

This really appears to be a configuration issue (I just need to tell my
installation not to use an IMSP server), but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
