Same as conf.php.dist

But : I reproduce this only when the http server (apache 1.3 from 
easyPHP 1.6, IE 6 win 2000 last SP) is on the same box (here my dev 
labtop) where DOMAIN = 'localhost' and I can't reproduce it on my web 
server (apache 1.3 - suSE linux 8.2) where DOMAIN = 'mydomain.com'
