[horde] Latested Horde & imp logon issue

Current system:      horde 2.2.5 & imp 3.2.3 and RH 9
Previously working system: 2.2.4 & imp 3.2.2 and RH 9

I have worked though the config and install files, so what is different that is 
making my system hang on:

Notice: Undefined index: alternate_login in /var/www/html/horde/imp/login.php 
on line 96

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output 
started at /var/www/html/horde/imp/login.php:96) 
in /var/www/html/horde/lib/Secret.php on line 144

Notice: Undefined index: server in /var/www/html/horde/imp/login.php on line 143

 Yes Jan I see the obviousness of that statment, it's whats missing that I am 
asking help on, previously my system did not have a box for alternate_login at 
the horde logon (which Ihave seen at other IMP logins) so is there a setting in 
2.2.5 turned on now that was turned off in  2.2.4?
