[horde] login failure from options

Using head.

If I am in an options page and 'Edit options for' is blank, If I 
choose an application in this pull down, I get the login screen 
again, owever, the left menu is still visable.  When I enter my 
name is password, I get a login success message in the horde.log 
file but I am again returned to the login screen with the left 
menu available.  How can I correct this?

I am using imap and imp as the login application.
