[horde] Virtual Domains Development

I have recently installed Horde, and Imp.  My intention is to build on this 
offering a good set of the horde suite.

However, I am using virtual domains.  This is all well controled with a 
seperate mysql database.  The horde accounts tools handle system accounts.  
Is it worth sorting out a seperate suite that uses/manages virtual domains?  
Is this perhaps already being done?
