[horde] Problems when not using token system

Hi List!

If I choose not to use a token system, then I cannot configure any Horde
application via web frontend (Administration -> Configuration) anymore.

I get the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: verify() in
/usr/lib/php/Horde/Form.php on line 452

Just to report that. :)
