[horde] Can not download Attachment

Hallo,

max_execution_time = 3500
memory_limit = 50M
post_max_size = 60M
file_uploads = On
upload_tmp_dir = /tmp
upload_max_filesize = 30M


Horde 3.0.cvs
IMP 4.0.cvs

I have a mail in the INBOX(IMAP-Cyrus). Is the Attachment over 2 M then 
can not download the attachment. In error log is:

  (broken pipe): client stopped connection before rwrite completed

Is the Attachment over 10 M, then i can not see the mail with body and 
attachment.
