No I just meant could I build my own web page and add the necessary code
to login to the store..

Do you mean something like https://horde.unf.edu? Basically, in the
templates/ directory under horde and imp. you modify common-header.inc
and common-footer.inc. You may also need to modify
templates/login/login.inc and imp/templates/login/login.inc. If you use
CSS, you may want to check horde's conf file for interusability. Hope
this helps.
