As far as the wiki goes, I just thought it would be a good place for
many people to participate in the documentation process, however, I see
that there are problems getting this information to possibly be included
in the files as well.

I put some example stuff in the wiki (wiked is a nice app, I downloaded
it for my own Horde install).  

It just seemed to me that a wiki might be just the place for this sort
of thing.

I'm still happy to provide more info in the INSTALL files, etc.
