What is the zip code? I'll try it here and see what happens. Strange that
the block isn't showing up, though; there should at least be an error
somewhere on the page.

I haven't seen anything recently. There were problems when it was first
introduced; check the mailing list archives.

I usually start debugging by putting a "var_dump" call inside of the file,
starting at the beginning, and moving it down until I see where the problem
is.
