[horde] Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getdefaultapp()

Hello,

Just did a CVS update yesterday. I re-installed the framework after the update
and I'm receiving the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getdefaultapp() in
\horde\services\prefs.php on line 19 when trying to access Options.
Version 1.9 of \horde\services\prefs.php works fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
