[horde] Usage of images/icons in the Horde world

Hola!


We're trying to come up with a few themes using the new feature in Horde and
its various applications. One thing that feels a bit blunt is the
use/handling of icons for the user interface. Instead of using different
icons for the various places in which they are displayed, many icons are
used in several places, i.e. the same physical file. In the "application
bar" (at the top of the screen), one might want to have bigger icons, say
32x32 or 48x48, whereas inside the application (IMP/Kronolith, etc) one
might want to use 16x16, etc.
