Yes.  I can see two way off-hand: configure Horde for LDAP 
authentification, or authenticate through IMP -> IMAP daemon -> AD.  The 
second is probably best because you would have to setup your IMAP daemon 
anyway.

I can't give specific answer because the step required differ from 
daemon to daemon, and there are many way to do it.  Which IMAP daemon 
are you using ?  How is it authenticating users at the moment ?
