[horde] login issue

I am using the lastest HEAD version of horde.

Occasionally, (I have not determined all the circumstances that this occurs, but
I have at least 2) I am asked to login when I did not logout.  When this
happens, the left access button frame is still present.  I can then submit my
name and password and /tmp/horde.log indicates that the login was successful,
but the login screen reappears.

Can someone tell me what I have done wrong to get this?
