[horde] Skeleton application (in Horde HEAD)

I hope this is the proper list for this..

.. I copied Skeleton (HEAD) into my Horde (HEAD) directory, changed all
references to "skeleton" in the code/config/everywhere, duplicated an entry in
Registry.php of Horde and placed the new "application" (skeleton) under the
Office menu.. it doesn't appear.

If I go to the URL directly, it properly displays its "menu".

If I go to administration->configuration (in Horde), it shows the application as
being properly configured.

What am I missing?
