[horde] how to change date to display in european format

It should be possible to remedy this problem once and for all by adding three
formats to Horde/IMP, this is what used to be called "US", "European", and
"Japanese" (or "Military") formats.

US:
M/D/YY or M/D/YYYY

European:
D/M/YY or D/M/YYYY

Japanese/Military (and also Swedish :-)
YYYY-MM-DD
