[horde] PEAR: undefined getoption

I updated pear with  pear-1.3 but when I give the command

pear install Console_Getopt

I have the same error

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  getoptions() in /usr/bin/pear 
on line 34

I'll try to upgrade also php.
