[horde] No php output

Hi all,

I am trying to install the framework on a Freebsd 5 machine with 
Apache 2

When I do a: phpinfo();  I get a output with all php settings
When I do a: http://hostipaddress/framework/install-packages.php
the only output is: #!/usr/local/bin/php 

Any suggestions where to look ?
