[horde] File does not exist

Hi all,

I want to install Horde 3 , but have some problems with it
So far I am running:
FreeBSD 5
Apache 2
PHP 4.3.4

Horde is in it's place
I ran the framework
Then a http://myservername/horde  gave me the warnings the config files were not on it's place
After copying the .dist files to .php files I end up with a:  File not found    in the browser

The log gives me:  File does not exist: /usr/local/www/data/horde/-dist

Where is this /-dist dir coming from ?
