[horde] Running Horde on Server if no root access

I just wanted to know if it is possible to install horde (and associated apps)
on my hosting account, where I don't have root access, and cannot install php
modules. All the encessary modules to run Horde are installed on the server, I
just don't have root or even Telnet access, only a limited CPanel access. I can
however create and edit MySQL databases.
