[horde] Horde, Frames, sidebar

Hi @ all!

I have a problem with Horde configuration.
I would like run horde with side menu like here:

I installed horde 2.2.5 and IMP 3.2.3 and it looks like this here

Can everybody help me?
I searched about 2-3 day for one solution. but nothing helped me....
