[horde] horde installation

   Hello @ all,

   I've installed the cvs HEAD version of horde but have
   encountered difficulties to make it run.

   I've had to add log configuration in the file 'conf.php'
   even though it's indicated
   // YOU SHOULDN'T CHANGE ANTHING BELOW THIS LINE

   So why do I need to change something ?
   Why it doesn't work ?
