[horde] Where to submitt documentation

Thanks Chuck!

I need to clean up some of the formatting and add some notes and 
sources to this
version. I'll do my best to get it out ASAP to doc at lists.horde.org and
wiki.horde.org.

I'm looking forward to contributing a well written doc so when everyone 
see the
post, please do not be shy and provide as much constructive criticism as
possible.

Thanks to all the folks at horde.org and the mailing lists. You *all* 
make this
a great community to be a part of.
