[horde] New Install: IMP without Turba?

Hi all,

I'm troubleshooting a new install of Horde/IMP/Turba/Kronolith/Nag/etc.

My Turba install is busted, and it's breaking IMP as well - but how do I 
un-install Turba? Can IMP live without it?

I'm running Turba 1.2.2 and IMP 3.2.4
