[horde] hook for login

I've got horde setup on an extranet, where users have already entered their
basic auth details over an ssl login page, what I want to do is pass those
variables into the horde login, so they don't have to login again...

is there a hook that tries to pre-authenticate the user and does not ask them
for another username/password combo?
