[horde] Documentation

I've looked through all the INSTALL files, and to be honest, none of them really
explain beyond what you need to do to set it up.  Nothing about options
depending on server type etc.

I might have worded my question slightly wrong, with regards to the setup of
multiple servers.

I see in the config files that it briefly mentions being able to setup options
(i.e. dropdown lists).  I want ot be able to give my users the choice of their
mail server, by using this method.  (Something like _("name")).

I've tried various things, but cannot seem to get this working properly.  Could
someone explain this option?
