[horde] how to compile Horde, IMP3 and Turbe with Postgresql?

I remember there is PHP4-Horde need to be compiled along with IMP3.
There's an option in PHP4-Horde to let you compile it with mysql or pgsql.
Do I  need to change that option to pgsql instead of mysql?
