[horde] Weather block problem

[Easy]

I'we installed Horde framework from a weeks old snaps. Already found where
to configure portal
blocks (I was so dumb to do not look at the main frame). I'we installed
Service_Weather from pear.
When I add weaher.com block to my portal page and try to see any parameters
for that block I get
only Weather.com block not found error. But on the main portal frame there
is weather.com block,
but it doesn't work because location is not set. What could be wrong?
