This question is already asked and it even works without javascript. It just
needs to be extended to note that all user data will be lost too.

The applications should know this. We could add two new api calls, one to
request ressources from an application that might be re-owned, and another
one to actually reown the ressource. But we still need an UI to handle this
then.
