[horde] Horde Framework always displays

Hi,

I've just updated my install from CVS today and noticed that the Horde 
framework on the left of the screen now always displays.

I still have:

$conf['menu']['always'] = false;
$conf['menu']['display'] = false;

..set in conf.php, as before, but don't seem to be able to get rid of the 
left hand frame.

Anyone know why?
