[horde] how to update horde?

Hello all,

Wich is the easiest way to update horde via cvs without change any
configuration?

I have a problem in my horde installation ver. 3.0 suddenly the layout page
(edit.php) doesn''t work, firstly I thought something with the permissions but
it wasn''t so I think is better to update it from cvs

So please could you tell me how to update the files from cvs in the easiest way?
I am very newbie with the cvs :$
