[horde] layout page does not appears

Hello list,
I have installed horde and everything works well. I was configuring my portal in
the layout page. But when I tried to enter again to change positions suddenly
it did no appear. I click the layout button and appears a blank screen (with no
title and almost inmediate)
I have update all the modules I use even horde and framework but it is still not
working.

It doesn't work with all the users but I can't see the error....

Please could you help me?
