[horde] CVS Framework-Could not execute install script

Hi,

today I've downloaded the latest CVS of Horde/IMP and Framework.

Now I would like to to download the framework modules with the script
"install-packages.php" but it failed.

I get always this error on every module:

sh: line 1: /pear: No such file or directory

In php.ini the include path is set to /usr/share/php and pear is in
/usr/bin.

I've no idea what is missing.
